Delta recruiters and flight attendants will head to Tennessee, Minnesota, and Florida in March to talk with aspiring flight attendants about the role.

Those interested will be able to learn about the lifestyle of a delta flight attendant as well as travel opportunities, work schedules, the application process, and more, Delta’s website reads.

The company will travel to Nashville, Minneapolis, and Orlando, which will be the first time the airline has taken flight attendant hiring on the road, and hold information sessions where attendees can learn about the benefits and perks offered to Delta employees.

“This is a rare and unique opportunity for locals to engage with our team outside of Atlanta,” said Jennifer Martin, Managing Director – In Flight Service Customer Experience, Learning, and Hiring. “As one of Glassdoor’s ‘Best Places to Work,’ Delta is excited to showcase flight attendant career opportunities to top-tier applicants in their local communities.”

Delta plans to hire between 4,000-6,000 flight attendants this year as customer demand increases. After operating at 85% capacity in 2022, Delta plans to fully restore the network in 2023 with a focused rebuilding of our higher yield core hubs, especially Atlanta.

Those interested can schedule to attend one of the following sessions:

  • Greater Nashville Area
    • March 13 in Nashville
    • March 14 in Franklin
    • March 15 in Nashville
    • March 16 in Murfreesboro
  • Greater Minneapolis Area
    • March 20 in Bloomington
    • March 21 in St. Cloud
    • March 22 in Maple Grove
    • March 23 in Fargo
  • Greater Orlando Area
    • March 27 in Orlando
    • March 28 in Kissimmee
    • March 30 in Kissimmee

Those unable to attend in person can still apply for the flight attendant role on the Delta careers website.
