Woman Files Legal Papers Claiming Soulja Boy Is Her Son’s Father

The claims come from a legal filing reported by TMZ and remain unproven

A paternity claim against Soulja Boy took another turn this week. According to TMZ, a woman named Diamond has filed legal documents claiming the rapper is the father of her 5 year old son.

Per TMZ, Diamond points to a photo taken in 2007 in a hotel room, which she says shows the positive pregnancy test she took at the time. She also says she was pregnant while the rapper was climbing the charts with his first big hit.

TMZ reports that Diamond says that after her son was born, he took a home DNA test and texted her a picture of a 0% result, then changed his phone number. She told TMZ she has always believed he is the father and says she mentioned it to a case worker shortly after the birth.

It is important to note that these are allegations from a legal filing. TMZ did not independently verify the photos or the test results, and there was no comment from the rapper or his representatives when the story ran. A home DNA test is also not the same as a court ordered one, so the question is far from settled.

We will update this story if there is a response or the court weighs in.
