DJ Vlad is calling Boosie a snitch, and he came with paperwork. In a VladTV episode released Thursday, Vlad pulled up court documents from Boosie’s federal gun case in San Diego, filed under the rapper’s legal name, Torrence Hatch, and argued they show Boosie trying to shift responsibility for the firearms onto his own security guard.

Vlad went further than that. He claimed the filings also show Boosie making threats toward the guard while he was in police custody. Both claims come from Vlad’s reading of the case file, and he walked his audience through the pages on camera.
The accusation hits different because of who it is aimed at. Boosie has built a reputation as one of the loudest voices against cooperating with police, and he has never been shy about naming names. He has gone after Gunna, Young Thug, T.I. and Gucci Mane over what he saw as snitching, and Vlad lined all of them up in the segment to argue Boosie should be held to the same rules. The irony runs deeper. In a VladTV sit down last year, Boosie told Vlad directly that if Vlad had ever snitched, he would never do another interview with him.
Labeling Boosie a snitch is the latest shot in a feud that has been building for months. Boosie was one of VladTV’s most frequent guests for years, but the relationship fell apart in the spring when the two could not agree on a higher interview fee. Boosie walked away and started putting out his own interview content. Vlad kept talking about him anyway, and on September 4, Boosie took to X after Vlad discussed him with Charleston White. “Vlad keep bringing me up on his interviews, now it’s with Charleston White,” Boosie wrote. “You obsessed with turning Blacks against each other.”
Then came the pardon saga. Boosie paid Washington lobbyists Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl $600,000 to push for a pardon from Donald Trump in his federal gun case. The pardon never came, and Boosie has accused the pair of misleading him while trying to get $300,000 back. Burkman and Wohl deny scamming him and say they were hired to advocate for him, not to guarantee anything. Boosie took the story to 60 Minutes, later complained about how the interview was presented, and leaked messages he says came from the lobbyists. That move opened him up to people asking whether going public against them was its own form of snitching.
Vlad jumped right into that conversation. He sat down with Burkman and Wohl for a separate VladTV interview and asked them point blank whether they feel Boosie is snitching on them. In Thursday’s episode, he also argued that the unsigned contract at the center of the lobbying dispute could end up hurting Boosie’s case against the pair.
The same episode addressed what VladTV describes as a social media threat from Boosie aimed at Vlad, and it revisited a long list of business conflicts tied to the rapper, including Rod Wave, Trill Entertainment, Yung Bleu and Empire. Vlad has been in a lot of beefs lately, but calling Boosie a snitch with court documents on screen is the most personal swing yet.
Back when the two were close, Boosie was the one defending Vlad against people who accused the VladTV host of being an informant. “How the [expletive] he the police?” Boosie asked at the time. Now Vlad is the one holding up the paperwork.
