If you watched Love & Hip Hop last night, you noticed a new twist in the Yandy/Mandeecees storyline. Yandy, who had been running Mandeecees’ business affairs while he was locked away, has been feeling some type of way about his assistant Remy. She says that Remy has been doing things she felt was inappropriate for an assistant to do like hanging out with Mandeecees in the club, wearing inappropriate attire, and making remarks on social media about Mandeecees such as “My Boss Is Better Than Yours”, etc. Mandeecees insists that pregnancy hormones have Yandy worked up over nothing. Could it be true or is this all for show.
First I’d like to say this is eerily similar to Yandy’s first season with Love & Hip Hop when Chrissy expressed the same concerns. But back then, Yandy didn’t see anything wrong. Now, after some digging through Remy’s instagram page, apparently she and Yandy have been extremely close over the last 2-3 years, at least according to Remy who referred to Yandy on several occasions as her big sis.
On photos dating back as far as 154 weeks ago, Remy spends time with Yandy outside of work environments and even assisted Yandy during photo shoots. Remy refers to Yandy as her sis, says how much she loves her and even spent Valentine’s Day, her birthday and more with Yandy. She has more pics on her page of her and Yandy than she does of Mandeecees. One would think she was actually Yandy’s assistant from the looks of her Instagram page. Yandy even comments under the photos, calling Remy her signature “puud” pet name.
It’s clear that Yandy has known this girl for quite some time and they were obviously close. It’s also clear that when Yandy is 6 months pregnant and trying to fight someone, that it’s all for TV. Yandy and Mandeecees need a storyline, I suppose. They should have done a better job of covering their tracks on social media if they were going to choose to go this route, though.
