Many designers have been receiving a lot of backlash for their lack of creativity when it comes to fashion. Some designers are getting carried away with the overpriced and poorly designed pieces.
In today’s WTFashion, Dolce and Gabbana have released their wedge sandals in wicker and python with leaves and appliqué for a whopping $6,395.
The luxury designer describes the sandals as “The Amazon rainforest and heavenly islands are at the base of the Spring-Summer collection. The Bianca wedge sandals turn into a real artisanal jewel. Elegant and feminine, they are made of python with an internal wicker structure that is entirely wrapped in leaves of different dimensions, made of satin and painted by hand. They are embellished with hand-painted tropical parrots made of resin.”
