While speaking at the Ultimate Women’s Expo, Sidora shared her thoughts on Leakes’ lasting impact on the series. Reflecting on the show’s evolution, the actress emphasized that Leakes remains an iconic figure within the franchise.

“You know, I think when you think of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ you think of NeNe Leakes,” Sidora said during a panel. “When you think of Nene Leakes, you think of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta.’ I feel like we are missing that voice.”

Leakes, one of the original cast members, helped shape the identity of the Bravo reality hit with her bold, memorable one-liners. Her presence defined many of the show’s most talked-about moments and elevated it to pop culture prominence. Sidora, who joined the cast in Season 13, acknowledged how her absence has left a noticeable void, something viewers have also pointed out since her departure in 2020. Leakes has also expressed interest in returning to the show, though it doesn’t appear she will in the foreseeable future.
