Sidora fired back with her own claim, alleging Pittman leaked the information to TMZ. The outlet, however, reported that its story was based on publicly filed court documents.
In her motion, Sidora accused Pittman of “brazen and willful” contempt, based on her belief that he shared details from their court case. She also filed a declaration denying that she leaked divorce documents to TMZ, while stating she believed Pittman did so “in a deliberate effort to continue to harm and hurt [her].” Pittman, for his part, accused Sidora of violating the gag order after that media outreach made him believe she was the source. Both asked the court to find the other in contempt and consider sanctions.
The timing is what makes this latest round hit differently. Just one day earlier, it was reported that the court entered the divorce judgment on June 8 after both Sidora and Pittman testified at trial. The judgment ordered Sidora to pay Pittman $2,218 per month in child support for their two children together, while the court calculated Sidora’s monthly income at about $38,000 and Pittman’s at about $27,000. People also reported the child support order and income figures from legal documents it obtained.
The property split added another layer to the fallout. Pittman was awarded ownership of the former couple’s Atlanta home, though the judgment requires him to pay Sidora about $145,000 for her share of the equity. Sidora keeps a Cadillac Escalade and the family dog, while Pittman keeps a Porsche Taycan and Cadillac XT5. Neither side was awarded spousal support, and Sidora’s last name will be restored to Jordan.
This latest fight also lands after a long public tug-of-war over privacy, housing, custody, and the reality TV spotlight. Earlier this month, a judge reversed a prior order requiring Sidora to leave the Georgia mansion she shared with Pittman while the divorce was still playing out. At the time, a representative for Sidora said she was grateful her children and family could have stability, while the former couple would share joint legal custody, with Pittman awarded primary physical custody during the school year and Sidora receiving alternating weekend parenting time beginning in August.
Their split has been a headline machine since the beginning. Bravo reported that Sidora and Pittman married in 2014 after meeting in 2013, and that both filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly a decade of marriage, citing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” Bravo also noted that their relationship struggles had played out across “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” including Sidora speaking about years of tension and public humiliation during a 2023 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
The sealing fight has already been part of the story, too. On an April 2025 episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Sidora said she wanted to keep divorce records sealed to protect her children from seeing ugly details online. After the judge unsealed the case, she called it “a nightmare” and said her biggest fear was that her kids would have to see everything on the internet.
Now, the divorce may be legally finalized, but the battle over who put what in public view is still breathing. That is the twist: after years of fighting over money, custody, housing, and sealed records, the new dispute is about blame, control, and who gets accused of turning private pain into public content. The court will have to decide whether either side actually violated the gag order, but for now, both Drew and Ralph are pointing fingers while the paperwork keeps talking.
