Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard is reportedly facing a paternity lawsuit in Florida, according to The Jasmine Brand.
The site said it obtained court documents showing that a woman named Tiffany served Howard with the suit on May 12th. The filing reportedly asks the court to name Howard the legal father of her 5 year old daughter.
The Jasmine Brand also reported that the two appear to have reached a private agreement on child support and custody outside of court some time ago, and that Tiffany has not previously filed legal papers or spoken publicly about the matter. Howard has been reported to have several children with different women.
Howard had not responded to the lawsuit at the time of the report. These are allegations from a court filing and Howard has not publicly confirmed or addressed them. We will update as more is reported.
