After Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches was forced to move out of the couple’s marital home in Chicago, she took residence in the Atlanta area. As Spring Break approaches, it’s Siohvaughn’s turn to spend time with the couple’s two boys but according to court documents filed in a Miami-Dade County Family Court this week, Dwyane Wade may be making things a little difficult.

Funches is seeking a temporary order of relocation to Georgia because Wade forced Funches to leave their marital house near Chicago so that he can sell it.
Funches moved to the Atlanta area, where she wants to have the kids spend the break.
Makes sense, no?
According to the document, Wade wants her to spend spring break with their children in Illinois!
Wade’s “unreasonable demand” on Funches is “simply another attempt to alienate the children and deny the Mother her timesharing,” the document reads.
