ESSENCE is hosting a virtual wellness summit to help everyone cope while they’re home during the coronavirus outbreak.
The summit will feature a lineup of motivational speakers, doctors, and entertainers, including Charlamagne Tha God and Iyanla Vanzant, as well as other wellness practitioners, authors, and community leaders.
The event will be held from 9-4:30 pm on March 31 and April 1 and will stream live on ESSENCE Studios.

“Our first installment, ESSENCE Wellness House: A Virtual Summit, will help you learn the facts about this virus. Discover new ways to eat well, get your body moving, focus on financial fitness, be encouraged, and rejuvenate from the inside out.”
Morning Meditation will kick off the event Tuesday morning, with DIY Project workshops, Faith-Based sessions, and even tips for how to get along with your family during the quarantine.
