Ezekiel Elliott’s Accuser Discussed Using Sex Tapes as Leverage in Texts, NFL Report Says

One day after Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott officially appealed his six game suspension, a new report is putting the spotlight on the woman who accused him.

According to reports on Wednesday, text messages gathered during the NFL’s yearlong investigation show Elliott’s ex girlfriend, Tiffany, discussing the possibility of selling sex tapes of the two of them. A friend reportedly told her the videos could be used as blackmail, and Tiffany reportedly answered, “I want to bro.”

The messages are part of a 160 page report prepared by NFL investigators. The report also states that Tiffany registered an email address with the name “ezekielelliott sex vids” about a month after the text exchange. She reportedly denied that she created it to blackmail Elliott.

The league did not drop its case. The NFL concluded that photos showing bruises during the week Tiffany stayed with Elliott were enough, along with other evidence, to find that he committed domestic violence. Elliott has denied the accusations, and prosecutors in Dallas chose not to file charges against him last year.

The NFL Players Association is now pointing to the texts as it questions the accuser’s motives and credibility in Elliott’s appeal. The NFL has stood by its findings.

This story is still developing. What are your thoughts?
