A Washington father took the law into his own hands when he learned that his daughter had been sex trafficked.

John Eisenman is now facing first-degree murder charges for killing his daughter’s boyfriend, who allegedly sold her into the trafficking ring. In October 2020, the Washington State man learned that his underage daughter had been exchanged in the Seattle area for $1,000. After rescuing her, he was informed that her 19-year-old boyfriend, Aaron Sorenson orchestrated the sale.

Eisenman found out that the young man would be in Airway Heights shortly after, so he went there to confront him. However, the encounter turned sinister when the upset father abducted Sorenson using zip ties and threw him in the trunk of his vehicle. He then slammed a cinder block on the teenager’s head and stabbed him multiple times. Eisenman then abandoned the car in North Spokane County for almost a full year.

In October 2021, police say an unknown individual drove the car back to Spokane and left it on East Everett Avenue, apparently without knowing that a dead body was inside. On October 22nd, emergency dispatchers received a call from a separate person claiming to have discovered the body while ransacking the abandoned car.

Eisenman was arrested and remains in jail on a $1 million bond.
