It was reported back in June that Fetty Wap’s 4-year-old daughter, Lauren Maxwell, had passed away, but it was not confirmed up until this weekend.
On Sunday, Turquoise Miami confirmed the devastating news of her daughter’s passing via Instagram.
“This is my amazing, beautiful, funny, vibrant, loving, talented, smart, and hardheaded princess mermaid Aquarius,” she captioned the post. “If you see this post scrolling by with her comment… Just say to yourself, “I love you LAUREN,’ because they say that souls can feel your love #RIP.” She added, “I love you, Lauren!”
The cause of her death has not yet been revealed.
Fetty has remained silent about his daughter’s death, but he did dedicate his Rolling Loud Miami performance last weekend to Lauren.
After his set, the rapper said on his Instagram Story, “LoLo daddy did that sh*t for you last night, baby girl.”
