Three men in Los Angeles reportedly attacked and robbed five teens after following them in a bathroom.
An upset father wants answers after three men physically attacked and robbed five teen boys this past Sunday. The incident took place in one of the bathrooms of the Canoga Mall. One of the teens was his son, Fox News reports.
“Three men followed my son and four of his friends to the bathroom, attacked them and robbed him,” said the father, Adam Johansson.
Fox News reports one of the suspects slammed one of the boys’ heads against the ground and another teen was kicked in the head. The thieves made off with the teens’ phones, jewelry and IDs. “[My son] didn’t get his chain stolen,” said another one of the boys’ parents, Davide Leif. “He had [taken] it off and gave it back to me. And said I’m not comfortable wearing this anymore.” He added that his son was shaken up after coming home following the incident.
“This morning we woke up and it completely turned to anger,” said Johansson, per Fox News. “I want our community back. I want Los Angeles back to the way it used to be. We have to hold whether it’s Westfield accountable [or] elected officials accountable. Crime and violence have to be dealt with.”
