Floyd Mayweather is back in legal headlines, and this time the issue isn’t inside the ring but thousands of feet in the air. The undefeated boxing icon is now dealing with a private jet lawsuit that’s putting his finances under fresh scrutiny.
According to a complaint filed in Los Angeles County, Jet Set Aircraft Inc. claims Mayweather and several co-defendants owe more than $105,000 tied to a 2025 charter flight. The lawsuit names Mayweather, his company TBE Aviation, and others, accusing them of requesting and using private aviation services without paying the full balance.
The filing includes multiple claims, including breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and fraud. Jet Set Aircraft Inc. says it provided pilots, fuel, maintenance, and flight coordination, all arranged at the defendants’ request. Despite that, the company alleges payment never came through.
Court documents state the total owed sits at least at $105,690.01, with the company also seeking interest and additional damages. The complaint further claims that assurances were made regarding payment, but those promises allegedly were not kept.
An itemized invoice reportedly breaks down charges like flight planning, crew services, and maintenance costs, all contributing to the disputed total.
This situation adds to a growing list of financial disputes connected to Mayweather in recent months. While he’s earned hundreds of millions throughout his career, legal claims tied to unpaid balances continue to surface.
As of now, Mayweather and his team have not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
