Back in January, former baller Sebastian Telfair was hit with a temporary restraining order by his wife, Samantha, for a “hostile, unstable and violent incident” that occurred earlier that month.
According to the @blast, Telfair’s wife accused him of coming to her house and smashing her windshield, just before he destroyed the video doorbell device. At the time, Samantha said she believed he was suicidal, as he had threatened to take his life on several occasions.
Now though, the estranged wife of the former point guard has been granted a three-year restraining order against him in the wake of the incident. According to TMZ, a Los Angeles County judge approved the permanent order in place of the original temporary order.
In Samantha’s docs, based on Telfair’s recent unstable and violent behavior, she felt their two children “should not be exposed to his violence and rants about his suicidal tendencies.” Now, in the wake of the permanent order, Telfair is no longer allowed to contact his estranged wife, in any way, for the next three years.
