Future is pushing back in his child support case with model Eliza Reign, and Eliza has denied his claims.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Future claims Eliza referred to her 9 month old daughter as a “check baby.” His lawyers define the phrase as slang for a child conceived to get money from the father through child support. Future’s filing also cites an online interview in which one of Eliza’s friends allegedly said Eliza looked into what he has paid other mothers of his children to estimate what she might receive. These are Future’s claims, and Eliza has denied them.
Future has not acknowledged paternity of the child. In the filing, he argues the child needs only $450 a month from him, basing that figure on a financial affidavit Eliza filed in court. He is also asking a Broward County judge to toss out the case.
Toss out the case? Do he mean toss out paying child support? I understand its not right for women to have babies for a check but these dudes get what they get when they think they can raw s>x a woman and get her pregnant. She was a good shortie while hitting her off for free, and now she wants her checks to take care of their child…
