Rapper #Future has filed legal documents asking a judge for an evidentiary hearing on his motion for a gag order in #ElizaReign’s paternity case against him, according to court papers obtained by @bossipofficial.
Future no longer wants the world to know the logistics of his paternity and child support case with the alleged mother of his child. Reign previously sued the rapper over paternity, child support and custody of her eight-month-old daughter, and now Future is clapping back by asking the judge for the gag order over his concerns that “false and baseless allegations” would be leaked to the media and the public, according to court documents.
The judge was supposed to have ruled on the gag order six weeks ago, but Future’s lawyer canceled suddenly. However, the case cannot proceed until the gag order motion is resolved. A source close to the situation believes that Future is trying to stall the gag order motion in order to delay him from having to take a DNA test. Despite, their personal drama, Reign says she wants the rapper in her child’s life.
Future is also in another paternity battle with a woman named #CindyParker, who sued Future back in October for allegedly being the father of her son. BOSSIP reports that Parker recently submitted DNA results in her case that showed her son and Reign’s daughter are siblings. Future nor a rep has yet to speak out.
