Future’s alleged baby mama is back in court, asking a judge to dismiss the rapper’s lawsuit against her.
In new documents obtained by TMZ, Eliza Seraphin explained why a judge should dismiss the defamation and invasion of privacy suit, calling into question the rapper’s public dating history.
First, Eliza slammed the rapper’s irresponsibility in having unprotected sex, as she highlighted the fact that this is his ‘seventh case of baby mama drama,’ according to the publication.
She then denied his claims of invasion of privacy, in which Future slammed Eliza for sharing intimate details of their relationship for clout and money. She called out Future for his public sexual relations with several different women, which are “all documented and widely reported on the internet and discussed on social media.”
“It is unknown why he would think this one would be any different,” Eliza said in the docs.
As she continued, Eliza said if Future didn’t want their drama to unfold on the internet, he should have taken the paternity test. And while the rapper is fighting against Eliza’s public claims that he is the father of her 11-month old daughter, she said, “he has not actually denied it either.”
However, since Eliza’s motion was so long, filled with several reasons to dismiss, the judge denied the motion on a technicality, as it exceeded the page limit.
Eliza will be able to refile or as for page limit extension in the Future, according to the publication. But in the meantime, the paternity case is ongoing.
