IG model Eliza Reign, the woman who claims Future fathered her baby, is now asking a court to sanction him for alleging that she lied to judge in their paternity case.

According to a @officialBossip, Future claimed in court documents that Eliza committed “fraud” by lying in her court papers, claiming she was indigent and couldn’t afford her filing fees because she was unemployed. The rapper is arguing that Reign lied about working, her bank accounts, and even a brand-new SUV.

Future wants the court to penalize Reign’s legal shenanigans as perjury and has asked the Attorney General to open an investigation. He’s also asked the judge in the case to order her to have a mental health exam.

In turn, Eliza Reign has fired back defending her right to claim indigency by admitting that she does have bank accounts but explains that the accounts have small amounts of money or negative balances in them. The IG model said her new SUV is leased not owned and claims that she makes a relatively small income through her posts on social media. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Eliza claimed in her court documents that she hasn’t worked steadily since the birth of her daughter last year. She also cited that the threshold for claiming indigency in the state of Florida is having less than $2,500.

“The only fraud relating to this matter is being perpetrated by the respondent (Future), who is asking to have the mother held in contempt, criminally sanctioned, and to have her case dismissed because of these baseless and unsupported allegations,” Reign’s court docs claimed.
