The Fyre Festival saga may finally be coming to an end. The organizers have settled with 277 aggrieved ticket holders of the now infamous 2017 Bahamian music festival that never really happened. The ticket holders have been awarded a payout of $7,220 each.

According to Billboard, the settlement was filed on Tuesday between the ticket holders and the trustee of Fyre festival assets was filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

“It’s a small but significant step for ticket holders who were defrauded and had their lives upended as a result of the fraudulent conduct by [Fyre founder Billy] McFarland,” lead attorney for the class-action representing the ticket holders, Ben Meiselas, said.

Meiselas also explained that even though there are multiple creditors involved in the bankruptcy case, there would be money set aside in this settlement, especially for Fyre Fest ticket holders. But he did clarify the amount may not come out to the full $7,220 for each person. Meiselas said that the exact amount would be determined at a later date but assured that “there will be monetary relief in some form or fashion pending approval.”
