A TikToker who went viral after receiving a disastrous chemical peel that left him with serious facial burns is now seeking $10,000 from the spa.
Neyo White is represented by attorneys from Fisher, Klein & Wolfe LLP. His counsel has sent a demand letter to Diamond Faces Skin Care Bar, that’s located in Atlanta, GA, that lays out White’s case.
They ask that the spa pay up or prepare to fight it out in court.
TMZ obtained a copy of the letter, which says White suffered 2nd-degree burns due to a botched procedure he received at the spa.
Apparently, White has had to go to L.A. to meet with a dermatologist to repair the damage, which has been costly and painful on a physical and emotional level.
Because of the spa’s mishaps, White and co. are asking for $10,000, TMZ reported.
White previously discussed his experience at the spa and said that the staff reassured him at the time that everything would be fine but claims it turned out to be anything but that.
White plans to fly to LA to visit Dr. Jason Emer, with hopes to correct the burn damage.
Clearly he didn’t do his research before the process. It takes about 5 days for the old skin to peel off to reveal the results of the chemical peel.
