The Game’s ex fiancee Tiffney has obtained a restraining order against him and made serious allegations in her filing, according to TMZ on April 11, 2014. Game denies them.
Earlier in the week, Game posted on Instagram asking to see his children. TMZ reported that Tiffney’s court documents describe a fight at his home on March 16. In the documents, she claims he broke her nose and repeatedly hit her, that a table broke during the fight, and that the couple’s children were hurt, including their three year old daughter, whose leg was bleeding.
According to the documents, Tiffney also says Game would not let her leave and told the children that if their mother called police, both parents would go to jail. She says he eventually let her leave with the kids, and that she went to the hospital the next day, where she learned her nose was broken.
TMZ reported that Game denies the allegations. He says he never physically harmed Tiffney and that she is not telling the truth. The claims in the filing are one side of a dispute and had not been independently verified, and no charges were reported at the time.
