Girlfriend’s Guide To Dealing With Heartbreak

We’ve all been there whether we liked it or not…. and depending on what stage you are in life, you’re more than likely to go through it again.

Here are some simple things you can do to get over your OLD bae and start focusing on you again.

So let’s start with that. Not saying you ever stopped loving yourself, but remember you don’t want to lose any extra sleep because your mind is racing. Or something like your appetite changing, you’re temperamental, etc. We all deal with heartache at some point, but we always have to remember to keep it moving, stay cute, and stay healthy!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hate the playa, not the game. Seriously. Everything happens for a reason! Bae was just right for you for the time being, but now it’s time to take the lessons and what? Keep it moving. When it’s meant to be, it’ll be. Be patient, and don’t force anything. You’ll be surprised at who else is really out there for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You know every great heartache needs some music with it. But be careful about what songs you choose, you don’t want to be in your feelings too hard. You can be sad for a little bit, but you have to have fun still… I’m talking about putting on some, “Single Ladies,” Whitney’s, “It’s Not Right, But It’s Ok,” “Deuces,” something like those.
Make yourself a playlist if you have to, pay attention to the lyrics, and just vibe, you’ll be good!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the end, the heartbreak is temporary, so give yourself some time to do whatever you need to do for your healing process, and before you know it, it’ll be old news. Can’t see the future if we’re looking back!
