Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio Estefan are speaking out after being unexpectedly tied to a lawsuit against Diddy that has since been dismissed.

The music icons were approached in New York by reporters days ago, where both indicated they are considering legal action after their names were mentioned in the filing.

In the suit, an accuser alleged he was drugged and transported to one of Diddy’s notorious Miami parties. The man further claimed he arrived via a secret tunnel connecting Gloria’s estate to the hip hop mogul’s Star Island property.

Gloria, however, dismissed the allegations entirely. “The accuser would have some ’splain’ to do,” she said, calling the claims nothing more than “fantasy.” She admitted she never worried about the lawsuit and even laughed at the suggestion of a hidden passage beneath her home.

Emilio reinforced her stance, calling the lawsuit “ridiculous.” He explained that such a tunnel would be impossible because the properties sit on an island. “It’s all water beneath the residences,” he said. Emilio emphasized that he would not allow false accusations to harm their good name.

While the case mentioning the Estefans has been thrown out, Diddy continues to face serious legal challenges. He is awaiting sentencing after being found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. More than 100 individuals have accused him of assault in separate lawsuits, accusations he has denied.
