In an effort to attract adults, Goldfish is bringing back its super-popular flavor, Frank’s RedHot crackers.
The relaunching of the snack from back in 2021 was in high demand. Campbell Soup & Co. and McCormick & Co. want to return the product customers crave by re-releasing the product.
The limited cracker is a cheesy flavor with “the spicy, vinegary tang of Frank’s RedHot Sauce,” according to The Daily Meal. The product was so popular it sold out.
A quick little history lesson behind Goldfish crackers, the crackers were supposed to be for adults, advertised as snacks with cocktails by the founder who invented the tasty snacks for his wife. Though they were targeted at adults, the snacks were popular for packing lunches, making them a kid’s favorite snack.
Goldfish has since tried targeting adults again, making flavors in Jalapeño Popper and Old Bay Spice, as well as collaborating with Dunkin’ for a pumpkin spice flavor.
