Big Sean’s legal trouble in Buffalo is mostly behind him.
Back in August, the rapper and his hype man were arrested after a 17 year old girl made a complaint against them following a show in Buffalo, New York. Sean was charged with third degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment, and was released on $500 bail.
Now prosecutors have agreed to drop the sexual abuse and forcible touching charges. What’s left is a misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment charge that carries a $750 fine.
Sean has maintained that he did not engage in any sexual misconduct, and he has paid the fine.
It’s a much better outcome than it could have been for the G.O.O.D. Music rapper, who is coming off his debut album “Finally Famous.” He can now put this case behind him.
