The divorce between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez has been finalized after an 8-year battle.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, the couple, who share custody of their 9-year-old son Maceo, have reached an agreement on their divorce and custody arrangements.
The ruling stipulates that they will jointly share legal custody of Maceo, with Berry committed to providing Martinez with $8,000 per month in child support. Additionally, she will allocate “4.3% of any income exceeding $2,000,000” as supplementary support.
Moreover, Berry will cover the expenses for her son’s private school tuition, uniforms, school supplies, and extracurricular activities. She has also agreed to reimburse Martinez for these costs incurred during the 2023/2024 school year.
The Oscar-winning actress and French actor initially decided to divorce in October 2015 after two years of marriage.
