Baller Alert received an email sent to a model by a person who identified himself as an agent for basketball player Preston Adams. Baller Alert has not been able to verify who sent the email or whether the sender represents Adams, and we have not seen a public response from Adams.
What the email said
The sender said Adams was a high profile player who had spent most of his career in Europe, had worked out with NBA teams, and wanted to get to know the model, named Nikkie, after seeing her on Instagram. The sender said Adams would cover her travel and that he travels with a security team. These details come from the email and are unconfirmed.
What Baller Alert could find
Baller Alert could not find Adams listed on an NBA roster. Bossip reported in April 2013 that the agency Athlete Management USA describes him as a point guard who was invited to workouts with the Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Hornets and Dallas Mavericks in September 2012. Bossip also reported that Adams and television personality Erica Mena announced their relationship on Instagram.
Baller Alert also received a similar email earlier the same day sent by someone claiming to represent Adams. The two emails came from different senders, and Baller Alert has not confirmed that either is connected to Adams. If Adams or his representatives want to respond, we will update this post.
