Trevor Ariza of the Houston Rockets has been wanting to deliver a fade to someone for months — and I’m not talking about a jumper. A social media beef that’s been brewing since November could finally get physical. Today, he got time cuz.
Let’s refresh our memories. A Twitter user by the name of Terry Lee sent a tweet to Ariza back in November 2015 saying, “Yo b*tch ass do a pull up jumper again and I’m pulling up at your house.” I guess he didn’t expect Ariza to see the message, let alone respond. However, to Terry’s surprise Ariza responded with, “pull up then.” Unfortunately, after a back and forth, neither gentleman pulled up on the other.
Fast forward to today, the Rockets season is over and Trevor Ariza is bored, so he hit Terry Lee with a DM to remind him that it could still go down. “Season is over, snow send that address. I can pull up on you now.”
Terry provided his address and the two engage in more back and forth via Twitter DMs. During the entire exchange, Terry posted screenshots of the conversation on Twitter; as evidence maybe? Who knows, but at 10:45am local time, Ariza said that he was on his way to Terry’s home. Unfortunately, by 11:23am local time, he was tweeting about how great the weather in LA is.
Bummer. This would have made for some great Sunday entertainment. For now, we can check out the Twitter exchange below.
