The woman at the center of the viral “Is This Yo Thot” video is making a new claim in her lawsuit against 2 Chainz, according to TMZ and court documents reported on November 12, 2015.

Christine, who appeared in the video the rapper posted in 2014, previously said she planned to sue 2 Chainz for $5 million. She has been representing herself in court. In newly filed papers, she claims 2 Chainz traveled to her hometown of Charlotte to gather information about her. She also claims that while she was out for a run, a black Mercedes followed her and struck her, leaving her with an injured arm.

Christine says she believes the rapper is behind it. According to the reports, her reasoning is based on lyrics in his song “Watch Out,” which she reads as a reference to her lawsuit and her demand for money. No driver has been identified in the reports we reviewed.

Her original complaint asks for $5 million in damages. She says that after the video went viral she lost her job at a barbershop, and that the attention has also affected her personal life.

2 Chainz has not been quoted responding to the new claims, and nothing in the reporting shows he had any role in the incident she describes. Claims made in a court filing are allegations, not findings.
