Amid the growing sexual assault allegations in Hollywood and politics, many victims have built the courage to come forward to share their stories of abuse. Just hours after Matt Lauer was exposed for unwanted sexual behavior in the workplace, another big name celebrity, who has yet to be named, has been accused of sexual assault.

According to TMZ, a California woman, who has been listed as Jane Doe, has filed a lawsuit against a man, who has been listed as David Doe, for sexual battery and assault. In the suit, the woman also claims the man exposed her to HIV.

The woman says she worked for the unnamed celebrity as a part-time personal assistant. She says she was very vulnerable at the time, and the man “leveraged his power” over her to mistreat her both physically and sexually. In the suit, Jane Doe claims the man made her participate in unwanted rough sex and when she asked him to stop, he refused. She says he laughed at her, spit on her and threatened her with anal rape, all while she was his employee.

She also accuses the man of exposing her to HIV after he refused to use a condom with her. She says she knows she was exposed because one of his recent sex partners allegedly tested positive. The woman says he told her she should get checked out as well. As a result, she is suing for unspecified damages.
