Jay-Z and Beyoncé Removed from Diddy "Freak-Off" Lawsuit After Attorney Shows Proof They Weren't in Miami During Alleged Incident

One Diddy accuser is switching up his story, now claiming that Jay-Z and Beyoncé were not actually witnesses to a “freak-off.”

A man named Manzaro Joseph, who recently accused Diddy of sexual assault, has amended his lawsuit to remove all references to the Carters. Joseph initially alleged that Diddy drugged him and forced him to walk around a party in a vulgar costume. He claimed Beyoncé reacted by asking, “Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?”

The updated lawsuit still describes the incident but Jay-Z and Beyoncé are no longer mentioned. TMZ reports this change came after Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, warned Joseph’s legal team about including false claims. Spiro allegedly provided evidence that Jay-Z and Beyoncé were not even in Miami when the party supposedly took place.

This comes shortly after another legal twist involving Jay-Z. In March, a woman who accused him of rape reportedly admitted her attorney “pushed” her to name Jay-Z in her lawsuit against Diddy.

“He was the one that kind of pushed me towards going forward with him, with Jay-Z,” she allegedly told a private investigator, per an affidavit obtained by Complex.

Though she claimed Jay-Z was present at the party, she also said he “did not take part in any sexual assault of Ms. Doe.”

Jay-Z has since filed a defamation suit against the woman and her legal team.
