Jay-Z concerts are getting even bigger in 2026, and the latest additions suggest Hov is not treating this year like a quick trip down memory lane. Hov has added second stadium shows in both London and Los Angeles following his three sold out performances at Yankee Stadium earlier this month. The newly expanded schedule now has him performing at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on September 4 and September 5 before heading to Stade de France in Paris on September 10. He will then bring the celebration to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on October 23 and October 24.
The September 5 London show and October 24 Los Angeles show are the newest additions, and Roc Nation is making it clear that fan interest helped drive the expansion. In an official Roc Nation announcement, the company said the second nights were added because of “unprecedented demand.” Roc Nation also confirmed that presales for the newly added shows begin July 29 at 1 p.m. local time, while tickets for the general public go on sale July 30 at 10 a.m. local time.
That is where the story starts getting more interesting.
Jay-Z could have celebrated three decades in the game with a couple of anniversary shows, collected the applause and disappeared again. Instead, the Jay-Z concerts calendar has continued growing, and two major cities are now getting consecutive stadium nights.
Roc Nation described the current run as “a limited run of global events celebrating an unparalleled legacy,” which makes the strategy noticeably different from a traditional tour rollout. The company has not announced dozens of arena stops across the country. Instead, Jay-Z is concentrating the moment around major stadiums in New York, London, Paris and Los Angeles, allowing each appearance to feel more like an event than another stop on a long tour.
London is now becoming a two night affair. Roc Nation had previously announced the September 4 performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the newly announced September 5 show extends Jay-Z concerts in the city for another night. The expansion gives fans in the United Kingdom another opportunity to see the anniversary production without adding another market to the schedule.
Paris remains the next stop after London. The official Stade de France event listing confirms that Jay-Z will perform there on September 10. The venue describes the show as part of the continuing celebration of his career, catalog and cultural impact. That appearance places one of hip hop’s most influential catalogs inside another massive European stadium before the run shifts back to the United States.
Los Angeles will then close out the currently announced schedule with two nights at SoFi Stadium on October 23 and October 24, according to Variety. The second Los Angeles show mirrors what is happening in London, with another performance being added in the same city instead of simply moving the production somewhere else.
The growing Jay-Z concerts schedule follows a major homecoming in New York. Jay-Z performed three sold out shows at Yankee Stadium earlier in July. The first night focused on the 30th anniversary of his debut album, “Reasonable Doubt,” while the second celebrated 25 years of “The Blueprint.” The third night widened the scope under the name “Extra Innings” and moved beyond the structure of celebrating one album at a time.
The original anniversary concept had been planned months earlier. In March, the New York Yankees announced concerts for July 10 and July 11, with the first dedicated to “Reasonable Doubt” and the second built around “The Blueprint.” The Yankees said the shows would mark 30 years since the 1996 debut and 25 years since the release of “The Blueprint” in 2001.
By the time Jay-Z actually hit Yankee Stadium, however, the moment had grown beyond a straightforward album anniversary.
Variety reported that guests appearing across the New York shows included Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Eminem, Pharrell Williams, Rihanna, Fat Joe, Swizz Beatz and Slick Rick. Those appearances helped turn the stadium run into a broader celebration of Jay-Z’s career and the artists connected to different chapters of his legacy.
The stadium expansion is also happening while Jay-Z is becoming more visible outside the concert stage.
According to an official announcement from HBO, the eight part documentary series “JAŸ-Z IN 8” will debut this fall. Rick Rubin directs the project and sits down with Jay-Z for conversations about his music, lyrics, life experiences and creative process. HBO also lists Jay-Z, Rubin and Daniel Kaluuya among the executive producers.
That timing makes this run feel different.
Jay-Z is celebrating landmark albums, filling stadiums, adding new shows and preparing to revisit his career through an HBO documentary series during the same year. None of that confirms that a new album, a full world tour or another major release is coming, and no such announcement should be assumed. Still, the level of activity puts Jay-Z back at the center of the conversation in a way fans have not seen on this scale for some time.
For now, the confirmed Jay-Z concerts ahead are September 4 and September 5 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, September 10 at Stade de France in Paris, and October 23 and October 24 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Variety and Roc Nation have both confirmed the newly added London and Los Angeles dates, while Stade de France lists the Paris performance on its official calendar.
The bigger question is no longer whether people will show up to hear Jay-Z revisit the classics. The addition of second stadium nights has already answered that.
The real question is how far Hov plans to take this moment now that the celebration keeps getting bigger.
