Jayda Wayda’s sister, Jazmine Cheaves, has found herself included in this week’s trending topics after making some interesting comments.
On Monday, a video clip surfaced online of Jazmine seemingly on live with her fans. In the clip, Jazmine’s 5-month-old son, Blaze, can be heard making noises in the background. Apparently, the baby sounds aren’t something that Jazmine has patience for, and lets it be known.
“Blaze, I told you, you are not a girl. Stop that screaming,” she says to her son.
Appearing annoyed, Jazmine then goes on to mention to her audience that the 5-month-old only watches television and yells.
“Yes, this is what he does all day. He just yells,” she said.
Now, what earned her some backlash was how she responded to a comment that said, “he sound like a big boy.” Jazmine quickly debunked the statement and said, “No, I don’t like when he do that screaming sh*t. He’s not a girl.”
Of course, her remarks weren’t going to register well with the general public in 2024 and resulted in Jazmine facing criticism on social media.
This prompted her to the backlash Monday evening; she said, “Ever since April 22nd, I never played when it came to Blaze Javier Cheaves! The internet is a crazy place. I wish y’all would leave me tf alone. When I say I’m the best mom, I mean real life, not no IG sh*t!!” she wrote on her now-removed Instagram Story.
She continued, saying she had shared positive moments with her son, but the internet chose to focus on a “BS clip.”
