Although Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga recently reached an agreement in their messy custody battle over their 8-year-old son, David Jr., it appears there is still a bit of beef between the two.

According to TMZ, Otunga is not cool with the subtle jabs Hudson throws on her show, “The Voice.” In fact, Otunga says the disses violate the gag order in their custody battle. The former pro wrestler filed court docs about the jabs earlier this week, citing the Dec. 4 episode, where Hudson made a joke about her relationships never lasting.

But, that is not all Otunga is upset about. He also cited a recent post on Hudson’s Instagram page, where she spoke about “hate and jealousy.” Although Hudson never mentions Otunga’s name, he’s almost positive Hudson is throwing subs his way.

In any case, he wants the judge to find Jennifer in contempt of court for violating the order. However, according to The Blast, Hudson claims Otunga is the one that violated judges orders.

In an emergency motion obtained by the publication, Hudson says Otunga is trying to ruin her career by leaking false stories to the press. She says Otunga told several media outlets that he won primary custody of their son, but she says that is not the case. As a result, she is asking a judge to prohibit her ex from talking about her in public and find him in contempt of court; in addition, she wants Otunga to release a statement saying he didn’t win primary custody of their son.
