On Wednesday, Marion “Pooch” Hall was arrested and charged with a DUI and felony child endangerment after he allegedly let his two-year-old son drive his car.
In the incident, according to The Blast, officials responded to reports of a traffic collision around 7:30 pm, after Hall’s car slammed into a parked vehicle.
Upon arrival, witnesses said they saw Hall’s son sitting on his lap, steering the car in and out of traffic, just before the car crashed into another car.
After further investigation, officials also found that Hall’s son was riding in the car without a proper restraint, which is illegal. But, there were no injuries.
After an incomplete field sobriety test, Hall was arrested and booked for the crime. According to the Blast, the actor is currently in jail, being held on a $100,000 bail and his son has been released to the mother.
