Actor John Stamos, or Uncle Jesse as many of us 80’s and 90’s babies affectionally call him, was arrested and hospitalized on Friday night.
The Full House actor was pulled over by Beverly Hills police last night around 7:45pm after they received numerous calls about someone driving erratically. According to reports, when cops arrived Stamos was placed under arrest, given a DUI and released into a hospital’s care. It’s unknown whether he was injured or not. Stamos was checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was released on Saturday.
Stamos took to his Twitter to update fans on his status earlier today. “Thanks to everyone for their love & support,” he tweeted. “I’m home & well. Very appreciative of the BHPD & Cedars for their care.”
Stamos is expected to appear in court on September 11th.
