We might have to start calling #JohnnyDepp “Johnny Deck” because he is being sued for allegedly punching the location manager of his upcoming movie.

The actor is currently filming his new project “City of Lies” and while on set, back in April 2017, Depp allegedly “forcefully punched” Gregg “Rocky” Brooks twice in the lower left side of his rib cage because he told Depp that production had to end for the day. At the time, the crew was shooting at the Barclay Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

The lawsuit, which was obtained by CNN, states Depp repeatedly screamed and reprimanded Brooks until his bodyguards had to remove him from the incident. Brooks claims Depp’s “breath reeked of alcohol” and that he’d been drinking and doing drugs on set.

When Brooks refused to sign a document promising that he would not sue, Brooks says he was fired. In his lawsuit, he targets Miriam Segal and director Brad Furman, as well as production companies Good Films and Infinitum Nihil for wrongful termination.

Furman and Good Films were founded by Depp. Depp’s representative has yet to comment on the incident.
