Joseline Hernandez To Serve Two Years Of Probation For Big Lex Miami Assault

Joseline Hernandez

Joseline Hernandez has dodged prison time after brutally beating former “Joseline’s Cabaret” and “Baddie Collection” star Big Lex.

On Friday, it was widely reported that Hernandez would receive two years of probation for fighting her ex-friend in Miami at the Floyd Mayweather and John Gotti III’s exhibition fight last June. Many people watched and even seemingly ganged up on Lex at specific points. Hernandez’s partner, Ballistic, was even seen screaming in Lex’s face after she was violently assaulted. The fight was captured on video, with Lex calling police shortly after the may lay to report the incident. Even after Lex was removed from the premises, Hernandez was seen fighting others inside the venue, including arresting officers.

Hernandez was charged with resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and more. To avoid a potentially lengthy trial, Hernandez chose to accept a plea deal, where she pleaded no contest to the many counts against her. Under the probation conditions, Hernandez must take random drug testing and enroll in a 29-week batterer’s intervention program online to learn how to de-escalate situations better. She is allowed to travel throughout the U.S. but must notify her probation officer beforehand.

Neither Hernandez nor Lex has commented publicly about the plea. However, Hernandez is banned from contacting the Now That’s TV personality. Additionally, she must apologize to the officers who were harmed during her rage.
