A judge has ordered Future to take a DNA test in the paternity case brought by Eliza Reign, according to Bossip.
Bossip reports that Future must complete the test within about a month or face penalties from the court. The judge also ordered him to disclose his income and other financial information within 10 days so the court can determine his earnings, or he could face sanctions.
In her motion, Eliza says she believes Future earns $19.5 million a year and claims he has not paid anything toward supporting their daughter. She says she has served him three times and has asked the court to go above the standard support guidelines because of his income. Future has not acknowledged paternity of the child.
The order follows filings from Future earlier in the week in which he made claims about Eliza and the case. Eliza has denied those claims.
