Kanye West’s name will not appear on the Virginia 2020 Presidential ballots after all.

Richmond County Circuit Court Judge Joi Taylor disqualified the rapper and his campaign for using fraudulent means to obtain ‘Elector Oaths’ Thursday.

The Virginia Board of Elections announced last week that the shoe mogul had met the 5,000 petition signature-requirement, as well as 13 electors who pledged their support, Fox News reports.

But A reversal move by Judge Taylor invalidated 11 of the 13 Elector Oaths that Ye and his campaign submitted, claiming they were “obtained by improper, fraudulent and/or misleading means,” according to The Associated Press.

A law firm with reportedly Democratic ties brought forth the legal action on behalf of two people who claim they were conned into signing the oath on Ye’s behalf.

The suit filed was filed in the Richmond Circuit Court on Tuesday and names Suffolk residents Matthan Wilson and Bryan Wright as the plaintiffs. Both claim the signature gatherers for West deceived them into pledging their service.

There has been a widespread belief that West is spoiling votes and being a ploy to steal swing votes from Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden in an effort to tip the scales for Trump.
