The legal battle between #ChrisBosh and his mother, Freida, has officially come to an end, after a judge ruled in Bosh’s favor over a Texas home.
Back in May, Freida filed a suit against her son for trying to kick her out of her own home. In the suit, she claimed Bosh asked her to sign documents for the Desoto, Texas home, under the pretense that she was signing to transfer her ex’s interest to the home to her. Instead, she said Bosh tricked her into signing docs that actually transferred the property, in its entirety, to him.
To make matters worse, she said she didn’t find out about the transfer until Bosh’s lawyer contacted her to kick her out of the house. In the suit, Freida also claimed that Bosh promised to take care of her for the rest of her life, but has since reneged on his promise, all while trying to take her only home away. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But now, it appears a judge sided with Bosh in the case, and declined Freida’s request to void the deed. Instead, the judge tossed the entire case, per Bosh’s request. As for his mother, she will have to cover all court costs.
