Justin Bieber reportedly ended his friendship with Kanye West after the mogul lashed out at his wife, Hailey, via social media.
Sources tell TMZ that the Biebers were hurt by the attacks, mainly since they supported him in 2020 when he was going through a rough time. They even traveled to his Wyoming ranch to see him in person.
Earlier this week, Ye lashed out at Hailey after she defended Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson against the “Jesus Walks” rapper. Karefa-Johnson was critical of Ye’s “White Lives Matter” shirts that he wore at a fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
“GKJ ALL DAY EVERDAY. My respect runs deep for you my friend!” Hailey wrote on Instagram. “To know you is to adore you and to work with you is an honor.”
She didn’t mention Ye in her post, but it was enough to upset him. He fired back on his own Instagram in several now-deleted posts. “Why am I canceled again??? Justin please let me know,” he captioned a post with a screenshot of a headline about Hailey defending Karefa-Johnson.
“They want corny ass Gigi Hadid and nose job Hailey Baldloose to rally behind an obvious Corey Gamble level nonfashion industry plant,” he wrote in another post.
In another post, Ye shared a 2016 article about Hailey dating Drake. “Get your girl before I get mad. You spose to be my friend right,” he wrote. “You wasn’t there when the Kardashians kidnapped my kids.”
Hailey and Justin believe the rapper crossed the line with his latest tirade. She was just defending her friend and never mentioned Ye in her post. They also deny that she has had any cosmetic work on her nose.
While Justin has been supportive of Kanye, he has to stand up for his wife this time.
