Justin Bieber Sues

Splash News

Justin Bieber has officially filed a lawsuit against two women, identified as Danielle and Kadi, who have accused him of sexual assault.

After the singer spoke in detail about accusations made by Danielle in a series of tweets on Sunday, Bieber announced he was taking legal action over her “factually impossible” accusations.

In court documents obtained by Complex, Bieber claims to have” indisputable documentary evidence,” which proves the allegations are nothing but “outrageous, fabricated lies.” When Bieber tweeted his response to Danielle’s accusations of what occurred on March 9, 2014, in Austin, Texas, he presented documentation, which consisted of everything from email correspondence with Airbnb hosts to booking reservation receipts to tabloid sites that featured quotes from sources who detailed his whereabouts.

Although Bieber didn’t go to the same extent to discredit Kadi’s accusation, he reportedly stated in his suit that she’s a “superfan” who has waited for him outside of his hotel. In the lawsuit, Bieber refers to a tweet Kadi posted after the alleged date she was sexually assaulted, which, according to him, proves that they have never met.

Even though Kadi was accurate that he attended the Met Gala on May 5, 2015, Bieber reportedly said that he went to an afterparty where he stayed until almost 4 a.m. He also says that he has photographic evidence and many witnesses that will discredit her allegations.

Bieber believes the two accusations are either a coordinated attempt to ruin his reputation or that it could have been from two social media accounts that are run by the same person. He’s suing for over $20 million in damages.
