A source close to Kanye West says his relationship with model Irina Shayk was “never serious.”
Since his departure from his marriage with Kim Kardashian West, Ye has spent lots of time with Shayk. However, a close source says the two aren’t a couple, and the relationship itself isn’t that deep.
“Kanye and Irina’s relationship was never serious, and the two of them have always just been having fun together,” the source says. “They’re both doing their own thing and down to have a good time without any strings attached.”
West and Shayk have been seen together on more than one occasion. And during that time, sources were saying fling duo had been “casually been seeing each other,” adding that they’d “been friendly for a long time.”
Even though they’ve moved on, Kardashian West reportedly just wants the rapper to be happy. “At the end of the day, Kim just wants Kanye to be happy,” the source said at the time. “She knows how incredible of a man he is, their relationship just ran its course and he deserves to be with someone who makes him happy.”
