Kanye West, now known as Ye, is once again making headlines for his controversial social media activity. The rapper and fashion mogul took to Twitter late Sunday night with a string of posts referencing his past antisemitic remarks, corporate backlash, and his continued defiance against what he calls attempts to silence him.

Ye Taunts CBS Over Super Bowl Commercial

In one of his first tweets, Ye claimed that he “taunted CBS to see if they would take [his] Super Bowl commercial down after they saw all [his] politically incorrect tweets.” This statement suggests that despite his past controversies, he believes his influence remains untouchable.

Reviving Past Controversies

Ye also referenced his infamous 2022 tweet where he wrote he was going “death con 3 on Jewish people,” a post that led to widespread backlash and the loss of major business partnerships, including deals with Adidas and Balenciaga. In his latest tweets, he claimed that “a few specific Jews” tried to destroy him but insisted he was not playing the victim.

He further discussed his past associations with Jewish designers and stylists, particularly mentioning a designer named Simon, who he said was responsible for his Grammy dress. Ye suggested that corporate and industry control was a significant factor in his past struggles, stating, “I am not under Jewish control anymore.”

The “Jew Proof” Concept

Perhaps the most controversial moment of his rant was his introduction of the phrase “Jew proof.” Ye did not fully define the term but implied it referred to being immune to repercussions from what he sees as Jewish influence in business and media. He also claimed that after making inflammatory remarks, he still managed to generate $40 million from his businesses the next day.

Shopify and Business Setbacks

Ye also addressed the removal of his Yeezy brand from Shopify, calling it a “major victory” because he had long criticized the platform. He accused Shopify of manipulating market data and favoring certain brands while excluding others.

As of now, Ye remains active on social media, showing no signs of walking back his latest statements.
