Kanye West opened up with a candid post about what divorce feels like amid his ongoing legal split from Kim Kardashian.
On Friday, the “All Falls Down” star shared a post detailing what it feels like to go through a separation. The word “divorce” was highlighted in bright red bold letters with sentences all around it.
“Divorce feels like full blown Covid,” read the first line. Further down, he makes mention of his children, sharing that “Divorce feels like your kids were snatched from your control.”
The post, which was the only one on his Instagram profile Friday, comes after a judge declared Kardashian legally single earlier in the week. The beauty mogul had been seeking single status after his constant social media posts caused her immense “emotional distress.”
In her legal documents, Kardashian’s attorney wrote, “Since filing for divorce, Mr. West, by his actions, has made it clear that he does not accept that the parties’ marital relationship is over.”
Ye has previously lashed out at Kardashian for trying to “kidnap” their daughter Chicago and keeping him from her birthday party. He has also slammed her parenting for allowing their daughter North to be on TikTok.
Though Kim K has been granted her legal status, the former couple still has to finalize their divorce.
