Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kendall Wright is in the middle of a child support dispute, and a car is part of the story.
TMZ Sports reported that Kortney, the mother of Kendall’s five month old son, took the case to court. According to court documents TMZ obtained, Kendall agreed in December to pay $2,100 a month in child support starting in 2016.
TMZ reported that sources said Kendall had been taking care of Kortney before that, but nothing was in writing. That included a 2014 Cadillac XTS he gave her as a gift, with the car staying in his name. Sources told TMZ the Cadillac was repossessed last week, and that Kortney believes payments stopped after she took the matter to court. TMZ reported she had sold her older car once she received the Cadillac.
TMZ said it reached out to Kendall’s reps and had not heard back at the time of its report. The two are due back in court in a couple of months, so we will see how it plays out.
