Kendrick Lamar is making big moves, reportedly dropping $40 million on a luxurious mansion in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood. According to The Wall Street Journal, the seller is a trust connected to Viet Dinh, the former chief legal and policy officer at Fox Corp., and his wife, Jennifer Ashworth Dinh.

The lavish farmhouse-style property boasts nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, complete with top-notch amenities like a wine cellar, gym, media room, spa, and even an elevator. Outside, there’s a stunning swimming pool and a 925-square-foot guest house.

K.Dot’s recent musical success has certainly helped him afford this hefty purchase. His feud with Drake has boosted both his reputation and his finances. Currently, Kendrick has four songs in the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. His hit single “Not Like Us” sits at number one, generating over $275,000 last week from 58.7 million streams and 15,000 sales.

Other notable tracks include “Euphoria” at number three, earning over $210,000 with more than 45 million streams and 7,500 sales. “Like That,” his diss track with Future and Metro Boomin, has brought in almost $135,000 from nearly 30 million streams and over 3,000 sales. “Meet the Grahams,” at number 12, added another $98,000 with more than 20 million streams and almost 7,000 sales.

Kendrick’s diss tracks alone have raked in over $725,000 in the past week. The feud has also reignited interest in his entire catalog, with all his albums climbing the Billboard 200.
